We moved into Latitude almost a year ago and will be renewing this summer! Growing up in NY, we could not be happier with the cost of living here (and the weather). The apartment complex has been better than advertised, after touring 6 places last spring prior to moving, I know we chose the right spot. The office staff is always helpful & friendly, the maintenance team is always available if there is something that needs attention, & the location is walking distance to a shopping center with anything you could need. The cares team throws three monthly events and there is a summer kick off pool party with raffles & prizes for local restaurants/events and for meeting new people. With so much to do in Charleston, and no idea where to start, our first pool party raffle winnings sent us to what became our favorite downtown restaurant, our first Riverdogs game, and itâs how we met some awesome new friends! We have two dogs who enjoy mingling at the complexâs dog park or we can take them to a larger neighborhood park down the block. Overall, I love calling Latitude home and couldnât imagine living anywhere else!
