The management is awesome here. The location is in walking distance of the park, restaurants and supermarket. Great family atmosphere with lots of community activities.

We moved in about a month and a half ago and so far we've been so impressed. The amenities are fantastic, the neighbors have been so welcoming and the office staff has been incredibly helpful with everything! A big thank you to our Cares Team for putting together such great events.

We lived here for 10 months and were actually sad to leave when we bought our house. The apartments are very comfortable and spacious, the maintenance requests were taken care of very quickly, and the office staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities are beautiful and they have resident events every month that we looked forward to!!

Been here for over a year now, and I couldn't be more pleased. Angela, KC, and the rest of the staff are super friendly and always helpful. The community is clean and well maintained and is super convenient to shopping, work, and the airport. I highly recommend them.

I have lived here for 4 years in Feb. I love it. I initially moved here because i felt secure. 4 years and one kid later we are still here and loving it! Awesome office staff (especially KC she is very helpful)

Latitude is a great place to live keeping with the motto of our great city (North Charleston) a great place to Live, Work, and Play. The tenants and staff are friendly and very helpful we all share a sense of community and take pride in our home. The grounds staff is always very receptive to any concerns or questions. The office staff shares this same quality, none compare to K.C. who is always smiling, always has time to say hi or discuss any concerns, and takes care of any and all issues the same day.

Cares! Cares! Cares! Knowing that they have a program that brings people together so that you can actually enjoy your neighbors is a definite luxury. The amenities are nice but could use an outdoors grill. Large apartment with lots of storage. Very convenient to restaurants and groceries as well.

Great apartment complex to live in. We have been here for 3 months and so far we love it. The only negative comments that I can think of off hand would be that some dog owners do not clean up after their pets and that the hot tub at the pool deck could be hotter!!
